PAYMENT TERMS AND CONITIONS

Payments Received
All payments received into the accounts of Kamala Falls Co., Ltd., made by, but not limited or restricted to, buyers, purchasers, vendors or service providers, are deemed as deposits or compensation against future payment or invoices and are non-refundable in every case unless expressly declared otherwise in advance of receipt of the payment and endorsed by an authorised director of Kamala Falls Co., Ltd. specifically Deposits against reservations or in lieu of, or in compensation for, future contracts or agreements.

Invoice Payments
All invoice payments (see Deposit Payments above) are deemed payable on demand in every case unless expressly declared otherwise and endorsed by an authorised director of Kamala Falls Co., Ltd.

Other Payments
Any and all other payments (see Deposit Payments above) received irrespective of value, source, intent or classification are deemed as deposits or compensation against future payment or invoices and are therefore also non-refundable in every case unless expressly declared otherwise and endorsed by an authorised director of Kamala Falls Co., Ltd.

Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Thai law. All disputes arising will be resolved using English language and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
