The Developer
Lotus Trinity coordinates the resort development, financing, sales and marketing activities and acts as client liaison and credit control. The MD, Ben Daniel, has been involved in property acquisition and development in Asia since 1999 after 15 years in the banking and finance industry. This is his 4th development in Asia and the working partnership with SOCON Corporation was established in 2006 - Kamala Falls is the first of three resorts planned in the Kamala area. Lotus Trinity is one of the few developers operating in Phuket to have a dedicated construction partner.

The Construction Team
SOCON Corporation, run by MD Sommit Sanrak, has 15 years experience in construction on Phuket Island and in Kamala particularly.

SOCON is responsible for the project management, construction and procurement and also manages the architectural elements of the design and build, together with Lotus Trinity, and have their own team of architects and project managers. SOCON has its own equipment and worker base in Phuket and has a reputation for quality build and good budget and time management.
